Founder & Managing Member, LuxeVista Advisory Group · Scottsdale, Arizona. An operator, not a theorist: 20+ years running stores, field teams and franchise networks in optical retail and multi-site businesses.
Operating career
Patrick F Gibson has spent more than 20 years leading stores, field organizations and franchise networks across Fortune 500 companies, franchise systems, start-ups and founder-led businesses. At Luxottica he rose to Senior Director of Stores, leading approximately 450 franchise locations (LensCrafters and Pearle Vision). At U.S. Vision & JCPenney Optical he served as Executive Director of Stores for a $450M, 400-store business. At Pearle Vision he led a 10-unit franchise portfolio as Director of Stores & Operations. As Executive Vice President at 5-hour ENERGY, he designed the franchise framework and operating model for a new healthcare venture.
Credentials
Certified by the American Board of Opticianry (ABO). Associate degree in Ophthalmic Science and Optics. Member of the International Franchise Association and Lions Clubs International.
Advisory work
Patrick founded LuxeVista Advisory Group, a division of LuxeVista Brands LLC, to bring that operating experience to independent optometry practices, multi-location optical groups, franchisors, multi-unit franchisees and premium retail. His optical advisory work includes merger-and-acquisition-related engagements in Dubai, London, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Every engagement is led by Patrick personally.
