1. You choose the scope
One problem or the whole practice. Remote by phone and video, or on site. A 30-day diagnostic, a focused engagement, or ongoing advisory. You decide what you are buying; I do not bundle in what you did not ask for.
FEES AND INVESTMENT
Advisory websites rarely say a word about fees. Owners are left to assume the worst. I would rather be clear: how my fee is set, what moves it, how you can pay it, and how to judge whether it pays you back.
WHAT I LEARNED FROM MY FIRST PROPOSAL
I had written a full on-site diagnostic for a multi-doctor practice, the way I would have scoped it for a corporate region. It was a good plan. It was also more than that owner was ready to spend on a firm they had just met. They were right to say so.
That conversation changed how I quote. I no longer start from the largest engagement and work down. I start from what the owner wants fixed, what the practice can comfortably invest, and what the fix is worth, and I build the fee from there.
My pledge: I will work out an agreement with you, the owner, at a price your practice can afford for the services you choose. Payment plans, monthly retainers and phased work are all on the table.Patrick Gibson, Founder
Three things, agreed with you before anything is signed.

Fees are scoped to the size and complexity of your practice: number of doctors, locations and the depth of work you want. A single-doctor practice is not quoted like a six-location group.
After the discovery call you get a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timing, the fee and the payment plan. No hourly billing. No hidden fees. No surprises on the invoice.
THE ROI QUESTION
Here is the math I show owners on the discovery call, using one example. A practice doing 500 exams a month at a 40% capture rate sells eyewear to 200 patients. Move that to 50% and it sells to 250. At a $225 average sale, the difference is:
Same patients. Same doctors. Same rent. My proposal shows my fee beside that number for your practice, so the decision is about return, not cost. If the math does not work for you, I will tell you so on the call and we both save the time.
Illustration only, using round figures. Your result depends on your practice and your team's execution. Career results on this site are from my operating roles, not LuxeVista Advisory Group client engagements, and are not a promise of future performance. Run your own numbers with the Capture Rate Calculator.
Pick the structure that fits your cash flow. All three are offered on every proposal.
Fixed fee
One agreed fee for a defined scope and deliverable.
Payment plan
For practices that want the full engagement without the full outlay up front.
Monthly retainer
A predictable monthly fee for a monthly review, coaching and KPI tracking.
