Email inquiries
If you email [email protected], LuxeVista uses the details you provide to respond and discuss your request. Please do not include patient information, payment details, or confidential business records in a general inquiry.
Appointment booking
Discovery booking links open Calendly, which collects the appointment details and answers you provide and adds bookings to Patrick’s Outlook calendar. These services process information under their respective privacy policies.
External content
Stock videos load from Pexels servers when the browser requests them. External websites and email providers process information under their own policies. This website does not include an analytics tracker or advertising pixel.
Hosting and service providers
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. Microsoft processes booking and business email information. Agreements and invoices are handled separately through DocuSign and PayPal; this website does not collect card details or accept payments.
Your information and questions
We use inquiry and booking information to respond, assess the fit for consulting, and manage the resulting business relationship. Please contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for contractual, accounting, or legal reasons. Please do not send sensitive records through the general inquiry channel.
